Electric vehicle chargepoint and infrastructure grants for landlords

Reduce the cost of charge points by up to £30,000 per property with the government OZEV grant.

Eligibility checklist:

• You are landlord with property to let
• You are a right to manage (RTM) company
• You are a residents’ management company (RMC)
• A company or person owning the freehold of a property
• A private registered provider of social housing (PRP)
• A charity that manages or owns residential property

The grant is capped at £850 per socket, up to £30,000 per building
